Baby Reflexology Course

I’m delighted to offer a gentle and nurturing Baby Reflexology Course, designed for mums and their little ones to relax, connect, and learn together.

This 4-week course will guide you through simple reflexology techniques that can support your baby’s wellbeing, while also creating a calm and enjoyable bonding experience.

Each session includes:

• A guided demonstration
• Hands-on practice with your baby
• Printed information to take home

Course Details:

• When: Tuesdays, 10:00–11:00am
• Start Date: April 7th (running April 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th)
• Suitable for: Newborns to pre-crawlers
• Group Size: Small, intimate group of up to 6 mums and babies
• Cost: €100
