Yoga & Lunch

Enjoy a 90minute yoga session including gentle movement, breath work and deep relaxation. No experience needed. All mats, blankets etc provided. Yoga class with be followed by a nutritious plant-based lunch with ingredients from the Hawthorn Kitchen Garden
